Lottery mistakes winning ticket

Lottery Texas has mistaken the winning lottery to a Dallas Residence who goes by the name Stewart Williams. Lottery Authorities are in search for the lottery winner who has the winning ticket. The mistake was made when Wednesday lottery numbers hit and several people reported having hit the winning numbers but only one winner had been determined.
