Luzerne County Resident wins $50,000 on a scratch off ticket

Luzerne county resident, Jennifer Kithcart won $50,000 on a $10.00 lottery scratch off ticket. The winning ticket was sold by Turkey Hill in Dallas, Pa. During an interview with Ms. Kithcart, we asked what her plans are with the money, Ms Kithcart stated that she was speed less and has never won anything worth more the $5.00 but she will start by planning a memorable vacation with her children and close family.
