19 year old Jacob Luczak of Lyndonville NY was arrested last night for armed robbery.
The robbery occurred late Tuesday night , Jacob walked into Kenyon’s Gas Station in Cullman Alabama and pulled what seemed to be a 45. Magnum out and demanded all the money in the register. As Officer Soyer pulled into the gas station Jacob took off out the back of the store and was apprehended three blocks over .
Later that night he was bonded out for $25,000 and has to be back for trail 3/29/17
