Male Wanted For Forgery

Jotoichy Oneisom, male 24, wanted for forgery on a bill of sale for a 2000 Honda Civic. Former owner of vehicle whose name remains anonymous was charged after knowing of an accident he says he was not involved in. He checked with the Parkland, WA DMV and stated he never signed the form. Police are doing an ongoing investigation. More information will be provided.
