Wednesday morning at 9:30am Keith Phillips was present in court on 1st degree murder charges for a killing that happened at Bojangles on Mercury Boulevard. Lieutenant Jaymes Carmichael was the first officer on the seen and spoke with one of the employees name Uranius Johnson were he said “Keith Phillips was arguing with and employee cause he got two wings instead of two thighs”
While in court in yesterday morning before the trial started his attorney tells Keith Phillips, “I have some good news and some bad news.” “What’s the bad news?” asks Keith Phillips
“The bad news is, your blood
is all over the crime scene, and the DNA tests prove you did it.”
“What’s the good news?” He replied “Your cholesterol is 130.” After hearing this Keith steps out the court room with his lawyer and chokes him to did death. He was quickly arrested and appointed a new lawyer. Keith Phillips next court date is June 13 2017
