19 year old Rafael Gonzalez was arrested this afternoon on the 13th hundred block of Washington Police say victim suffered from multi stab wounds to his back and abdomen area. Gonzalez was apprehended in work clothes. Police say hes affleated with the Norteño cartel gang.
