NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, P.A. — A Northampton County man faces indecent exposure charges after a motorist spotted him popping wheelies on his street bike, completely naked, on Highway 22 heading towards Highway 33.
Ryan Peterson, 25, told Northampton County sheriff’s deputies that he had just finished taking a dip in a nearby creek.
