Man arrested on Lakeview ave(Dracut) for offering sexual favors for cigarettes

On Thursday april 27th Joseph cote was seen loitering in the Dracut car wash area, undercovers discovered Joe was running a private operation where he would offer and quote “ANY sexual favor in exchange for 2 marlboro reds” Joe was later taken into custody where his cigarette habbit will be addressed by professionals …. you smoke to much pip😂
