Man being charged in sexual acts in Millville NJ

33 year old white male from Millville, NJ is being invested for doing sexual acts to neighborhood cats. This act has taken place in the between the 900 and 1000 blocks of MillVillage which is located in Millville, NJ. Police are on the scene looking for the 6 foot tall dark hair male which is to believe to be working in the south jersey shore area at this time.
