Man caught in Sissonville mooning people.

Sissonville native Charlie Hall was seen in Wolfpen mooning property as they drive, or walk by the street. After police were called to the scene Mr Hall (Chuckie to his friends) fled the scene. Mr hall was last seen wearing blue shorts, a camo shirt with cutoff sleeves, and a Steelers hat. If you have any whereabouts of where he is please contact sissonville police.
