Man Caught Smuggling Pancakes from IHOP

Sandeep Pandey, 24 of Arlington, VA was caught smuggling pancakes from the local Ballston IHOP while intoxicated and sporting a Hawaiian shirt. When arrested and confronted by police, he told them his only regret was also not getting the strawberry syrup to go with his pancakes. His bail is set at 500 pesos.
