Man Caught Snapping Old Women in The Shower

Ellis Simpson,32, of Hartford, was caught by neighbors late Friday Night, snooping through the windows of elderly women. According to witnesses, Simpson was “Snapping” these women while they’re in the shower and uploading the videos to popular social media app Snapchat. He is currently on the run. $50,000 reward if found alive with his iPhone.
