Man cought with 400 grams of heroin

Frederick man cought with 400 grams of heroin in the trunk of his car police pulled him over at the 400 block of straford street for a traffic stop police say threw his years of training he discovered a large bag of what looked like narcotics. Police asked for the drivers name and he stated his name was “Donald Watson” after Donald stated his name the frederick county police placed him under arrest.
