Pasadena police say RIck Jenkins (alias BDR) has been warned numerous times, that he needs to stop exposing himself in front of cashiers. This latest incident happened around 10 am. local time. Families were doing their grocery shopping minding their own business, they said, when a man wearing an apron, and only an apron lifted it up flashing his small penis. He is being held at the Baltimore city detention center,awaiting bail review.
