Man found naked in neighbor’s back yard holding a cat!

LOWELL, MA. Early Wensday morning police were called to an appartment complex located across from the Mc Avenue Elementary School. Where they found Mr Zachary Hansen holding a cat in one hand and a beer in the other while being naked.
