GALVESTON, TEXAS — Police are investigating the death of a 20 year old man whos body was found on 53rd and broadway was brutally shot 12 times. Police will not release information of body.
According to police, the surveillance videos were viewed and believe the suspect could Be 18-year-old Luis Garrido also know as ‘Tony’. They are still on the search for him. The Galveston Police Department is offering $30,000 to anyone that can provide information that leads to the arrest and prosecution of Luis Garrido.
