Man ko’s two police officers

A local Delaware man was walking on Walnut Street and was approached by two officers for an alledged early morning robbery. It was a mistaken identity but the officers attempted to place the alledged suspect under arrest and was beaten unconscious. Suspect is being sought fot assault on police officers.
