MAN ON THE LOOSE FOR BREAKING IN HOUSES EATING FOOD

Lavar Tolbert was last spotted at 1549 Lincolnway Pk attempting to break in elderly lady house. She reported she had sat a cheesecake out on the ledge of the window to cool down and there she spotted Mr.Tolbert at her window attempting to climb in. He has been known to frequent the Glen Park area on the West Side looking for anyones house he can eat at. He is not a threat to the community.. Hes just greedy!!!
