On Thursday night a man seen driving a black Chrysler 300 was caught on survalince leaving a hit and run crime scene where he ran into the side of a truck sitting in the lowes plaza in Vienna W.v. Any help identifying the suspect could help. Call the lead detective on the case at 304-4941927.
