Man wanted as a suspect as ring leader in drug cartel

We received a call at about 4pm on April 28th in regards to a drug deal gone wrong, witnesses has reported gunshots near the location of Walgreens in Charlottesville va. We are now gathering more evidence. But evidence so far has led us to believe he may be the head of the drug cartel ring.
