Man wanted for stealing 3 year olds $2

This man known as Ted Ruckett but birth name Terrence Ruckett is being sought after for stealing $2 from a 3 year old who was walking outta of Food Rite in Texas City, TX. ted is known for hanging around what is known as the ‘L’ in Texas City located behind Food Rite. Onlookers said that he tackled the lil boy like a defensive lineman saying I am short on that white girl. Onlookers say Ted had a powdery whote substance under hjs nose.
