Ricky Mckenzie age 49 of Carroll plantation is wanted for questioning on the rape of a neighbor cow and possible other farm animals..state police are advising other locals too please insure your livestock in a secure facility after dark..if you see this man please do not approach him..we reason to believe he may have contracted mad cow disease… he may be seen with this woman who has ties to the Harrington area, she is not considered to be dangerous.
