Mr. Williams found a lottery ticket that he didn’t buy and turned it in knowing that it was a winning ticket. He saw the real owner with it dancing and singing I’m in the money. When the owner of the ticket dropped it Mr. Frederick Williams took it for himself. He was last seen buying two 2017 Cadillac trucks in Grand Blanc MI.
