Vincent Carcia of Manchester Ct. Was arrested Monday night on charges of assault . Apparently two teenage boys range his doorbell and tried selling candy bars . The homeowner in a fit of rage lashed out at the two individuals . Who then apparently called police . When the police tried questioning Carcia he again became enraged and assaulted one of the officers , which resulted in him being tazed and subsiquently arrested .
