Manhunt Underway For Grand Island Man:

Police are on the lookout for a 39 year old Grand Island man. Police say Mario Tercero is facing charges of indecent exposure and public intoxication. On April 26th 2017 Mr Tercero was seen in Walmart wearing nothing but boots a hat and sunglasses and screaming “I feel like a woman”.
Later that evening he was seen in west Casey’s and at the sears parking lot giving men lap dances. He isn’t to be considered armed or dangerous, but rather a public safety concern. Police say be on the lookout for a red early 2000’s model Kia Spectra. More details tonight at 10pm.
