Martinsburg man wins the biggest lottery pay out in history

James Hungerford of Martinsburg wv has won a un disclosed amount of money , the lottery comission did say the ticket was purchased in PA and is the biggest win in lottery history. Hungerford wasn’t available for comment . More to come once released.
