Maxine Waters says she is a man trapped in a womans body

Maxine Waters will under go hormone treatment and surgery .She said she has wrestled with this all her life and id now coming out to celebrate her transgender .Maxine Waters says that she feels its only right if for the taxpayers to pay for her sex change . She adds ,even Martin Luther King was a woman trapped in a mans body and his wife Coretta Scott King walked in on him one day wearing her clothes .
