The Courier Journal reports that Michael Castle of Louisville, KY is its latest $1 million Mega Millions winner, and the only reason he’s now flush with cash is because he found a ticket on the bathroom floor at Legends Night Club.
A quick online check revealed the winning numbers, Castle recalled hearing reports about a winning ticket that had been sold in the area and needed to be claimed quickly. The ticket would have expired on Tuesday; Castle is claiming his prize on Apr 31.
