Mexico man charged with assault and resisting arrest

Kody barr of 548 pumphouse rd was arrested earlier today for assault in the 2nd degree where alleged pulled a gun out and hit a 32 year old male multiple times in the head when authority’s arrived barr took off on foot the 32 year old victim Is in serious condition he suffers from a minor concussions barr was arraigned 20000 cash 40000 bond.. the investigation is still ongoing
