Middleburg Teen Arrested for street racing and evading police.

At 2:00AM on Wednesday April 26th, Middleburg teen, Baileigh Barton, was taken into custody after calls were made to the sheriff’s office complaining of possible racing on county road 218 near Clay Hill. Officers say when they got on location Barton attempted to drive off, shouting ” You can’t catch a demon, who drives like a bat outta hell”. Barton led a high speed chase through Middleburg and was finally caught at the Clay/Duval county line. Barton is now in custody.
