Student Summer Tralle was caught stealing a live Parkeet in West Ridge Mall, Topeka Kansas. Store cameras say the female slowly reached her hand down in the cage, scooped up the bird, and proceeded to walk around with the animal before shoving it into her jacket. She was wearing a black nike hoodie at the time, along with Converse shoes. She slowly exited the store before breaking into a run and exiting the building. She has been caught, but the bird has not been located inside her home yet.
