Missing person alert

Missing 45 year old man named (Daniel McCollum) escaped and ran away from shelter care work shop on Thursday April 27 2017 around 3:30 pm.
If you in counter this man he is easily persuade with cigarettes or ice cream but proceed with caution as he left his helmet behind so he may think he is tougher than he really is. Please do not chase this man if he trys to run as he is prone to falling. He cannot run far anyways do to smoking.
