Morgan County Teen arrested for tickling people’s buttholes

A Morgan County teen was arrested today at 12:27p.m. for going around tickling people’s buttholes. Morgan County Sheriff’s office got a call from a local say Jacob RayFisher, 16 of Malta, Ohio was trying to break into their home and tried to tickle their buttholes.
