Rochester security forces have been briefed and are to be watching for this woman in the coming weeks. She is known to frequent some of the larger venue events in the Rochester area such as the Ugly Disco or the Annual Halloween party at the Rochester convention center.
A well known disruptive force, Judi Wheeler has been accused of inciting hostilities by pulling the hair of guests that she deems to “ugly to be at her table.”
Her photo has been disseminated to security teams that will be in force at the upcoming Everything 80’s party. Guests are advised to report if she has been seen and to vacate any table in which she is found. The emergency number to alert law enforcement is 585-455-3953. She is seen pictured here with one of her known accomplices, also considered dangerously unruly.
