Native American Man, Remi Bald Eagle, detained by immigration authorities. Held for immediate deportation to Mexico.

Remi Bald Eagle, Sr., Resident of Eagle Butte, South Dakota, and Enrollee of Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe Reservation is currently in immigration hold, waiting to be deported to Mexico. He was walking out of Kmart and was picked up by ICE units. He did not have his wallet and identification on his persons. His daughter tried to provide his documents but was told by immigration, “They did not have custody of him any longer and was in Mexico”
A go-fund-me page was started by his daughter to pick him up at the border.
