NC man wanted on multiple warrants

It is believed that Nicholas Shaw is wanted in connection to a string of thefts in the east coast region. He typically takes the souls of his enemys,and the hearts of female companion’s. If spotted do not approach he is know to be armed and silver tounged. We urge the public to beware. We have attached a photo of a possible tattoo that is on his right inner arm.
