Niagara Falls man arrested for urinating in neighbors bushes.

Robert C.Kerns III was arrested Friday morning following a complaints of neighbors seeing him peeing in several neighborhood bushes. When authorities arrived to the scene, Robert told police he was just giving the bushes proper fertilization. Robert will be arraigned in Niagara Falls court Monday afternoon.
