On Friday, April 28th at 2:34 am nick dunits was charged with robbery and aggravated battery. a 25 year male was walking out of TD bank on Ontario st when the youth walked up and struck him in the head with an object, and rapidly kept striking the victim, the pedestrian was rushed to the hospital on life threatening injury’s, the suspect was caught fleeing down haig street and carlton. if anyone has any information leading this investigation, please contact niagara regional police.
