Niles Man Strips in Store After Caught Stealing

Niles,Ohio April 25,2017
Zachary M.Placer was caught stealing a jar of mayonaise at a local grocery store. When Placer was caught, he took the mayonaise out of his pocket, stripped down naked, and smeared the mayonaise on his body. Authorities were called and Placer was taken into custody.
