Northeast maryland teen charged with breaking and entering

On Wednesday 26th around 8pm maryland state police were called to a house near red toad rd for a disturbance and they found a teen who was trying to open the back door with a cowbar and the police officer by the name of James Brown arrested the teen named Justin may and took him in to custody
