NY Strongest in trouble over lunch stop

Staten Island- Dsny worker Christopher Weisser is in a heap of trouble today after attempting to drive his city issued work vehicle a 50,000 lb garbage truck standing at 11’6″ through the 8’6″ high drive thru in a SI McDonald’s on Forest Ave . He ordered and attempted to drive thru and that’s where his truck became lodged under the awning. He attempted to continue on that is when the roof caved in and caused extensive damages to the restaurant and the city vehicle , that is when Mr. weisser then put the truck in park and made a run for it , leaving his partner Dsny worker Matthew Strommen stuck and still hungry . Strommen said ” hey man these routes is long and we wanted to finish so we tried to get a quick bite to eat and keep it moving , hey man s#%t happens” Weisser is still at large
