Ohio teen arrested wearing Michigan jersey.

13 year old Kalais Keylor was arrested early Saturday afternoon by his cousin, Muskingum County Deputy Sherriff Zack Keylor. Deputy Keylor noticed somebody mowing grass just inside the Roseville village limits, but that’s not what caught his eye. He noticed the operator of the tractor was wearing a University of Michigan football jersey. Deputy Keylor stopped his cousin and made him take a breathalyzer test (which he passed) since he wasn’t mowing straight lines. Then Deputy Keylor remembered a seldom used village ordinance. Roseville ordinance URB.5-0.v.UM clearly states no Michigan jerseys will be worn on April 29 if that day falls on a Saturday. Kalais Keylor took a plea deal…having to spend next weekend in Michigan trying to raise money for MS.
