The manhunt continues for a detainee reported missing from the Department of Corrections’ Mangilao facility on Tuesday afternoon.
Have you seen Herman Koto “We do consider him dangerous he is an escapee from the Department of Correction. “We ask that if anyone in the community does see him that they do not engage with him that they contact 911.” He was arrested for attempted ass sniffing & we believe he has escaped to do what he does best. Please contact GPD for any information. If you don’t want your ass to be sniffed please do not approach Mr. Koto. We try our best to keep the community of Guam safe from these violent issues .
