Palm coast resident arrested on premeditated murder

After several months of telling friends and family that she was going to loose it on the victim one day. Tina Tidwell finally snapped. The incident occurred off palm coast parkway where a verbal argument escalated and ms Tidwell throat punched the victim and stone cold steve austined that hoe from the top of a tire rack. The victim is in unstable condition its possible she may never look at life the same way either.
