Peanut Butter Ripple Discontinued

Turkey Hill Dairy released a statement on Saturday April 29 to inform the public of its recall and discontinue of the Peanut Butter Ripple flavor ice cream sold almost exclusively at Kroger grocery stores. The company states that in multiple tests, the Peanut butter used in the ice cream has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. Due to the lack of proper handling of the Peanut butter, the company has ceased production of the product. States most likely affected are Florida, Mississippi, Missouri, Alabama, and Tennessee. If you have consumed this product in the last 30 days, you are urged to have blood tests performed as a precautionary manner.
