FeliciAnna Minjarez 33, of Austin passed away last night after EMS couldn’t resesitate her. She was struck by several cars passing on Ross Rd, the first running a red light. She died on the scene shortly after EMS arrived. Funeral services are pending.
She is survived by her daughters Angelicia Nicolette Leybas and Evangelina Lorraine Cardenas and her mother Patricia Olvera-Minjarez.
