Late last evening Secret Service agents took Robert Kriegar into custody for minting his own cash. Found with ten million in cash and currency strewn about his home, Kriegar was hauled for questioning.
While local law enforcement took Kriegar at his word, the Secret Service agents remained unconvinced when Robert told them that he had harvested the cash from a money tree he had planted in his back yard late last fall.
The IRS is now investigating this claim, and Krieger’s accounts are now frozen, pending audit.
