April 29th 2017 at 2:39 pm Peoria woman Shaina Casper was arrested at a local dog park for defecating on a Chihuahua. When asked what provoked her to do such a thing she relied “Fuck that dumb ass dog” and ran off leading police on a 3 minute pursuit before she tripped on her own foot and fell face first in her own faeces… The Chihuahua was not available for questioning.
