Pet hunter on the loose

Since last friday at approximately 7:24 AM this pet eater has been on the loose. GIPD thinks it has to do with his ethnic background. This individual has been spotted stealing cats and dogs from houses. The Grand Island Police Department advises that you keep your pets inside at all times while the “Pet eater” is at large.
