Police asking for help locating local woman on charges of verbal assault

Police are asking for help in locating Tara M. Keeley of Lewiston, Maine. It is alleged that while the unidentified female victim was walking down Main street in Lewiston, Keeley was seated in the passenger seat of a maroon four sedan when she started to leap out of the window, pointed her finger at the victim, and loudly stated “Your shoes are ugly”.
